You used to feel confident in your body, how it looked and its abilities but life got in the way and your fitness routine took a hit. You know you need to look after yourself and get stronger again but you don't know where to start and feel weak and fatigued.

You want to slip into your favourite outfit and feel strong and confident, but at the moment you only feel comfortable wearing your trusty black leggings and a floaty top that cover all the bits you don't want people to see.

There is a way to go out for dinner and know it won't affect your progress, have a few nights away and know how to focus your efforts so you don't spiral so far off track the track is a dot to you.

I've helped so many women who struggle to prioritise themselves, putting everyone else's needs before themselves, but we make it happen.

I use habit building techniques which reduce feelings of overwhelm because everything you need to tick off is manageable. I programme workouts that are so personal and tailored to you, your body, your time and your goals, that they may as well have your name tattooed on them. During your weekly check in calls we'll deep dive into anything you've struggled with and come up with a solution together, as well as celebrating your wins of course - I am your biggest cheerleader!

This results in my clients dropping lbs, gaining strength, confidence and having more energy to get everything done in their day.

I have a no nonsense approach, I won't beat around the bush but I will also listen to you, because I know that everyone's barriers and struggles are individual to them.

  • Weekly Check In Call - every week we'll have a catch up and deep dive into anything that's been holding you back, as well as celebrating your wins (I'm your personal cheerleader!). These calls are invaluable for boosting morale during tough weeks and keeping you motivated.
  • Personal Workout Programme - this is designed to meet your specific goals, whether that's to fit into your favourite dress again, or find a sustainable way to keep fit and healthy no matter what life chucks at you.
  • Nutritional Support - we'll set your goals together and decide on the best way to keep your nutrition on track, because tracking calories isn't for everyone and isn't the only option.
  • Tailored Approach - and I mean tailored to the max, ensuring your workouts and habit goals fit around your schedule and ability, especially if you have injuries or other constraints such as heavy work travel.
  • Ongoing Support and Accountability - you can message me when you need that extra push or have a question, I'm in your pocket to answer anything and everything in between check in calls so you are never feeling lost or confused.

FAQs

My job involves a lot of travel, can I still join?
Of course, many of my clients have to travel several times a month so I give them specific workouts for these times and we adapt their goals for those weeks.

I'm really busy, how will I find the time?
I coach CEOs, working mums, and all the busy women in between, my coaching methods have been tried and tested with your limited time in mind.

I feel very weak, will I be able to do the workouts?
YES! 100% YES. Because I tailor the workouts to your current level and you'll love how quickly you get stronger with a little bit of consistency and careful programming.

I want to get stronger but have a bad shoulder, will the workouts be ok to do?
I will ensure all the workouts are suitable for any injuries or niggles you have and can also work with your physiotherapist to include their exercises into your programme.
