I've been weight training since 2015 after graduating from University and I started powerlifting in 2017 when we moved from London to Leeds. Becoming a personal trainer seemed like a natural progression to turn my hobby and passion into something more and I qualified in early 2021, having spent 2 years helping coach at a local bootcamp for women (which moved to Zoom through the pandemic!).
As a busy mum, I understand the importance of flexibility which is why everything I do is tailored to the client and includes home or gym workouts to suit your lifestyle. I have experience coaching a wide range of clients, from mums (and those expecting) to rugby players.
I'm a huge advocate for living a healthy and balanced life - no fad diets and no demonising of specific foods. I help my clients rebuild healthy relationships with food and exercise, reaching their performance and aesthetic goals along the way.
